I’m Becoming a Dad

Hi, I'm Brian. If you've become a dad recently, you're in the right place. Becoming a dad starts, but it never really ends. And along the way, there are a lot of questions. Every week, I take one of mine and try to answer it honestly. I’m a 38-year-old father of three: a 5-year-old son, a 3-year-old daughter, and a baby girl who’s almost one. And even after doing this three times, year one still hits harder than anyone talks about. Most dads carry their questions quietly — the doubts, the guilt, the moments we’re not proud of. This is where I finally open up about them, so you can feel a little less alone, and know that it’s ok to open up too.
