Four years ago I was over 300lbs, severely depressed, in the middle of bankruptcy, sitting on the floor of my apartment. It was in that moment that I knew what I had to do. I accepted that the only way out would be the most exhausting, extreme, painful, and grief-stricken transformation of my life. And it was. Countless failures. Catastrophic setbacks. No after no after no. I can see now that every one of them was necessary. But in the moment, it was just brutal. Since then, I've lost over 100lbs, built a tourism business, run ultramarathons in the mountains, and pulled off some fucking miracles. Being extremely uncommon was never a curse. It's a gift, and it lets me reach people all over the world who need help. I've learned things in the last four years I think can help millions of you.
