I’m Helen, a culinary dreamer born under European skies filled with whispers of vanilla, almonds, and old-world patisseries. 🇫🇷✨
In 2017, I crossed the ocean with one goal:
To bring the elegance of European desserts to America.
From a tiny kitchen, I began crafting macarons — delicate bridges between cultures.
Not loud sugar, but harmony: 🍓 natural berries, 🌰 almonds from distant orchards, and a touch only the Old World can teach.
