Michael Maul...a life in Lapland

Michael Maul … is „thoroughbred“ craftsmen, maverick and loves the nordic nature very much. After 30 year´s of traveling through Scandinavia, Svalbard, Greenland, Canada and Alaska, he and his family settled in Swedish Lapland. He operates his workshop „northern lights metal design“, which offers blacksmithing courses, handforged items of all kinds and other crafts. He also likes wood-working, is teaching log building, creating tree-houses, house-boats and is renting cozy log cabins for adventures guests. Michael is living a simpel way of life, is glad about of all the freedom and considerable advantages. He want's to share this lifestyle in Swedens least populated region. So guests have the opportunity of staying with him for vacation, including the option of guided tours in the area. He hopes that his guests will leave a bit different than they arrived.
