The Veg Cookbook

Hi! I am a mom of three in a vegetarian household. By vegetarian, I mean no animal products, except dairy. When I became one more than 15 years ago, I started learning vegetarian cooking and discovered I loved it. The birth of my kids has provided an added impetus to come up with recipes that are both nutritious and delicious. And bake occasional goodies that are egg-free! Many of my recipes have been epic fails in the "kids' taste test", but many are "kid approved". Some have even turned out to be classic staples in our household! In this channel, I upload weekly recipes that we have tried as a family. I am not a professional chef; I don't even claim to be a great cook. I am just a mom trying to feed her family. This channel is as much a repository of things I have learnt as a vegetarian, as it is a hand-down of my home cookbook to our kids and folks like you who might find it useful! Thanks for stopping by!
