About Dr. Ford Brewer MD MPH

You can prevent and reverse chronic disease, even if you've already been diagnosed. I'm Dr. Ford Brewer. I ran the program at Johns Hopkins for Preventive Medicine, I'm board certified and licensed in all 50 states. I've spent my career with patients who were told their heart attack came out of nowhere. It rarely does. The warning signs show up years in advance and almost nobody looks. So I built the Heart Health Protocol, the 6-steps I use with patients to lower plaque, control blood sugar and reduce the need for medication. Steps: 1. Test, don't guess 2. Cut bad carbs 3. Add exercise intensity 4. Remove roadblocks 5. Supplement strategically 6. Medicate when necessary You may have tried to fix your health before. What nobody gave you was the details, like which tests standard panels skip, which carbs spike blood sugar and which supplements match which problems. That's what my videos are for. Subscribe and start with step one. Thomas Fordham Brewer, MD, MPH
