Educators and parents want schools where every student feels seen, heard, valued, and safe. But too many are navigating conflict, inequity, and cultural tension without real training or support. I hope to do what I can to change that. I created the OPEN & GRACE Frameworks for Restorative Circles to help educators facilitate more meaningful conversations, build stronger relationships, and create school communities rooted in connection, accountability, and belonging. Education opened my world, taking me from being an orphan on welfare to a first-generation college graduate, educator, and school leader. My mission is to help schools build learning spaces rooted in equity, empathy, and real human connection.
