Most of the times on our imaging findings there are bulging disc, herniated discs, degeneration shown which are rarely cause of our pain. I was also told I have cervical spondylosis and I tried everything but in vain then I came to know about Dr. John Sarno and tension myositis syndrome, I read his book healing back pain & I learned how brain plays a huge role in our illnesses and their recoveries. From that day on I never looked back and started my healing journey. Now I am absolutely fine and started this youtube channel to make my Indian brothers and sisters aware of the TMS/Mind body syndrome and how to heal their chronic pains using mind body approach. There is hope for healing , don't give up. If I can heal ,you can too.
