POLICE STATE: NEW JERSEY

I am PRO-LAW ENFORCEMENT, but I do not support police simply because of their job title. A badge does not make one a hero... actions do. The People deserve to have honest, knowledgeable public servants working for them, and I fully support the men and women who perform that duty with integrity. I respect the law and the job public officials have to keep the peace. However, I demand that they uphold the law at all times especially for themselves, and not manipulate it as they see fit. I expect them to honor their oaths and to respect the Rights of citizens at all times without faltering. I insist on accountability, and I refuse to allow hypocrisy to be tolerated in the slightest. Here in NJ, I have witnessed exemplary performance by law enforcement officials, as well as abhorrent behavior. I intend to document both. I will give credit where credit is due, and I will place criticism on those who deserve it. Remember, officer: that badge makes you a SERVANT, not a master.
