About PUMA Microscope

Welcome to the official channel of the PUMA open source 3D printed multimodality microscope. Here I show you how to build and use this microscope and I teach about microscopy and image processing. If you like this project please consider becoming a Patreon supporter or make a PayPal donation to OptArc (link below) Bio: I am a UK Pathologist (MBBS with RCPath qualifications) and PhD scientist (from Imperial College, London). Although now retired from clinical practice I am still active in research with a special interest and over 30 years experience in digital and optical image processing, analysis and machine vision. I write my own custom image processing algorithms (mostly in C). Much of my work is published in the peer-reviewed scientific literature (over 50 peer-reviewed publications and 240 computer programs - the count is still rising!). If you enjoy these talks please subscribe to the channel and tell others.
