River Road Farm, Firewood & Outdoors

Hello and welcome to the channel! Our channel follows the haying, firewood cutting/spitting and other outdoor activities of my younger brother and I, as well as other family members and friends. We focus on small family farm such as summer hay cutting/baling, field prep, machinery maintenance, seasonal firewood cutting and splitting as well as the occasional in-between odd job or chore. Our family has been farming for over 200 years, across 6 generations. Our progress today follows us completely starting over in farming from scratch as our grandfather and his brother retired long ago, when it was passed on to our uncles, until they themselves retired and auctioned most of their equipment off a few years ago. All of our farming equipment is used (but new to us) and really is a first-generation rebuilding of the longtime farming heritage we now take over from our family history. Not starting over, but starting anew. Come on in and grow with us!
